Seasons Ob/Gyn provides obstetrical/maternal care as well as gynelogical care. This includes obstetrical patients who are high risk and those who are interested in a vaginal birth after a cesarean (VBAC).

Trident features "comprehensive care, from prenatal to postpartum, including high risk maternity and neonatal intensive care. After birth, high-risk moms and babies can rest assured with a state-of-the-art Level II neonatal nursery and two board-certified neonatologists. "
Trident also offers "a comprehensive women's health center offering mammography services, osteoporosis testing, ultrasound and an educational resource room - all in one convenient location." In addition mammograms can be scheduled at Summerville Medical Center, Archdale Medical Center, and Moncks Corner Medical Center.
Free bone density screenings are offered at the Trident HealthFinders. For information or to schedule an appointment, call 797-FIND (3463).

Trident Hospital offers childbirth education classes. To register, please call call Trident HealthFinders at (843)797-FIND (3463). Other classes include:
- Childbirth Preparation: The purpose of this class is to teach couples about labor and delivery. Topics will include admission procedure, pain interventions, labor and the coach's role, delivery of the baby and a tour of the labor and delivery suite. Classes fill quickly, so enroll early and ask to take a class during your seventh month of pregnancy. Cost: $45.
- Breast Feeding Support: This class gives the expectant mother an overview of breastfeeding. The class covers many topics such as nursing the baby for the first time, appropriate techniques and prevention of breastfeeding problems. Attendance is recommended prior to delivery and fathers, or significant others, are encouraged to attend. Cost: Free
- Brothers & Sisters To Be: Children may experience many feelings and concerns about a new member joining the family. This class helps the new big brother or sister (ages 3 to 9) prepare for the arrival of the new baby. Children will learn how to safely interact with the new baby. Cost: Free
- Babycare Basics: This fun and informative class is designed to prepare parents for baby's arrival. The class focuses on nursery admission procedures, baby's physical needs, bathing diapering and dressing, feeding and preparing the home for baby. Cost: Free.
- Infant Massage: Classes are designed for you and your baby, from three weeks to crawling age. This class will teach you the art of interactive massage to suit your baby's individual needs and developmental level. Classes: Monthly. Cost $50.
- Infant/Child CPR: Course taught by the American Heart Association. This course trains individuals to overcome any reluctance to act in emergency situations. Cost $65/couple.
